6-2-9: OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE ON CITY PROPERTY:

A. It shall be illegal to operate a motor vehicle on city owned property other than on a street, roadway, alley, parking lot or other property specifically designed for the operation of a motor vehicle.

B. Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense. (Ord. O-32-2000, 12-4-2000)
