6-2-7: MOTORCYCLES:
   A.   Operation Of Motorcycles:
      1.   Riding On Sidewalks: No motorcycle, motor scooter or motorbicycle shall be ridden on any sidewalk.
      2.   Holding Onto Moving Vehicles: No rider of a motorcycle, motorbicycle or motor scooter shall hold onto any moving vehicle for the purpose of being propelled.
   B.   Handlebars: Handlebars on motorbicycles, motorcycles and motor scooters shall not exceed twelve inches (12") in height, measured from the crown or point of attachment. (1976 Code § 27-11-9)
