The city shall be reimbursed for emergency response charges at the rate of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per hour, or any portion thereof, for any motor vehicles, including, but not limited to, police vehicles and public works equipment and one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour for all personnel engaged in the emergency response.
