2-11-2: ORGANIZATION:

A. Officers: The Mayor shall name the chairman of the Commission. The Commission shall select a secretary and such other officers as it deems necessary.

B. Rules And Regulations: The Commission may formulate and present such rules and regulations as it deems appropriate for its operation to the City Council for approval. (Ord. O-16-97, 5-19-1997)
