§ 36.19 OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.

This subchapter shall not be interpreted to permit smoking or tobacco use where it is otherwise restricted by other applicable laws or to supersede any local laws which are more restrictive. This subchapter shall be construed broadly to effectuate the purposes described in the preamble of the creating ordinance.
