§ 35.19 MEMBER TENURE.
   A member of the town’s Fire Department shall serve in his, her, or their respective office or carry out his, her, or their duties so long as he, she, or they continues to be qualified and physically able to perform his, her, or their duties pursuant to the town’s Fire Department Rules and Regulations.
