§ 35.17 MEMBER SELECTION.
   The regular volunteer members of the town’s Fire Department shall be selected on the basis of his, her, or their individual interest in, capability for, and devotion to fire protection. The Town Council shall have the right to approve or reject all new members presented to them by the town’s Fire Department.
