§ 33.04 FIRST VIOLATION; FURTHER PENALTIES.
   The fines set forth shall apply only in the event of a first violation. Any subsequent violations shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of the town code which provides for penalties, the amount of which shall be set by the Town Council from time to time. Each day a violation occurs is a separate violation.
