§ 32.036 COMPOSITION OF BOARD.
   (A)   A Park and Recreation Board shall be composed of four members appointed by the Town Council on the basis of his, her, or their interest in and knowledge of parks and recreation.
   (B)   No more than two members shall be on the same political party.
