§ 154.073 MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS.
   (A)   For the principal building in an SF-2 Single-Family Residential District, the maximum height shall be 35 feet or two and one-half stories.
   (B)   The height of the principal building may be increased above 35 feet but not higher than 45 feet or three stories if two side yards of 15 feet each are provided, upon issuance of a special use by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
