§ 151.15 APPROVAL BY PLAN COMMISSION FOR PLAT OR REPLAT OF SUBDIVISION.
   No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the territorial jurisdiction of the town’s Plan Commission shall be filed with the Auditor or recorded by the Recorder until it shall have been approved by the town’s Plan Commission, and such approval shall have been entered in writing on the plat by the President and Secretary of the Commission.
