§ 150.53 UNSAFE BUILDING FUND.
   (A)   The town’s Unsafe Building Fund is established and perpetuated in the town operating budget in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-14, as amended or replaced from time to time.
   (B)   All amounts collected on a forfeited bond will be deposited in the Unsafe Building Fund.
