All work for the reconstruction, alteration, repair, or demolition of buildings or other structures, and the removal of trash and debris from the unsafe premises shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner according to the accepted standards and practices in the trade and shall be performed with the standards and requirements of the town’s Building Code Ordinance.
