§ 150.48 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The Town Building Department, by and through the Towns Building Inspector, shall be the executive department that is authorized to administer this subchapter and the State Unsafe Building Law. The Town Building Inspector shall be the enforcement authority for purposes of the Town Unsafe Building Ordinance and the State Unsafe Building Law.
