§ 150.33 BUILDING COMMISSIONER RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The administration of the provisions of this subchapter shall be the responsibility of the office of the Building Commissioner. The Building Commissioner shall be the enforcement authority, and the Town Council shall be the hearing authority, within the meaning of these terms as defined in I.C. 36-7-9-2.
