§ 95.22 SALE OF LOTS.

The sale of lots in the town cemeteries and the prices therefor shall occur in a manner as determined by majority vote of the Town Council. The sale or transfer of lots and/or graves in the town cemeteries between “individuals” shall be recorded on a Quit Claim Deed, approved by the Town Council or Clerk-Treasurer, and recorded by the Clerk-Treasurer before it becomes official.
