§ 95.02 APPOINTMENT OF CARETAKER AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Town Council shall appoint or contract by majority vote a Cemetery Caretaker.
   (B)   The duties of the Cemetery Caretaker under this chapter shall include, but may not be limited to, the following: maintain the cemeteries for the term and in the manner as described in the cemetery contract.
