§ 94.25 WEEDS AND GRASS; MOWING.
   (A)   Any grass or weeds, saplings, or natural growth on any yard or lot shall not exceed eight inches in height.
   (B)   If a homeowner/renter allows the growth to exceed a height of eight inches, then he, she, or they shall be issued a citation.
   (C)   For first time offenses per season, the homeowner/renter shall be sent notification advising him, her, or them that they have ten days to mow his, her, or their property and if compliance is not made within the ten-day guideline, the town will perform the mowing of said yard or lot and a lien in an amount which shall be set by the Town Council from time to time shall be placed against the owner’s property at the County Courthouse. A homeowner/renter will be sent only one notice per season.
   (D)   For second and subsequent violations per season, notice will be provided pursuant to I.C. 36-7-10.l-3(c) and I.C. 36-7-10.1-4.
