§ 94.02 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.

(A) Each department or agency of the United States, the State of Indiana, or the Incorporated Town of North Judson, or other political subdivision thereof, shall be required to keep governmental property within the town free from environmental public nuisance.

(B) All owners, occupants, or other persons in control of any private property within the town, shall be require to keep governmental property within the town free from environmental public nuisance.
