§ 90.39 BODILY INJURY CAUSED BY ANIMAL.

In the event that any person owns or harbors an animal which causes bodily injury to any person, other than fellow members of the owner’s household, shall be assessed a violation for each such occurrence, and may be subject to criminal proceedings, as determined by the County Prosecutor’s Office and under the laws of the state.
