§ 72.26 YIELDING AND RIGHT OF WAY.

Any person using a skateboard, roller skates, in-line roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, scooter, toy vehicle, or similar device shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians on the sidewalks.
