§ 72.10 BICYCLE PARKING.

   A bicycle shall not be parked on the street except as follows:

   (A)   In the street against the curb so as not to obstruct vehicular traffic;

   (B)   Upon a sidewalk in a rack or next to the curb so as not to obstruct pedestrian traffic; or

   (C)   Against a building.
