§ 72.08 OPERATION ON SIDEWALK.
   (A)   A person riding a bicycle on a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian.
   (B)   A person riding a bicycle on a sidewalk shall give an audible signal a reasonable distance before overtaking and passing a pedestrian.
