(A) Rates and charges for metered users.
(1) The sewage rates and charges shall be based on the quantity of water used on or in the property or premises subject to such rates and charges as the same is measured by the water meter there in use.

(B) Rates and charges for users of the town’s sewage works which are not metered users of the town’s water utility.

(2) Commercial, industrial, and other nonresidential users shall provide, at his, her, or their expense, appropriate sewage metering or other measurement of water usage on the premises, which are acceptable to the town. Such users of the sewage works shall be charged for sewage service in accordance with the above metered rates based on the usage determined by metering or measurement provided. A minimum charge per month shall be charged based on the approximate water meter size above which would have been necessary to serve the property with water.
