(A) The amount charged for each porta-potty shall be per gallon for a minimum of 375 gallons per load, or another amount which shall be set by the Town Council from time to time.
(B) The fee charged per gallon shall be included on the town’s schedule of fees and modified as the Town Council deems necessary.
(C) The town may refuse a sewage contractor permission to utilize the town’s wastewater treatment plant for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, improper use, inaccurate reporting, and plant capacity limits.
