Any person who files a complaint for foreclosure involving real property located within the Municipality shall notify the Municipality of the filing of the foreclosure complaint and shall file a copy of the complaint with the Building and Zoning Inspector within ten days after the filing of that complaint with the court. In addition, any person who files a complaint for foreclosure involving real property located within the Municipality shall notify the Building and Zoning Inspector, within ten days of the date of the filing of the foreclosure complaint, of the name, address, and phone number(s) of the person who is responsible for maintaining the property. Information regarding the person who is responsible for maintaining the property shall be updated with the Village in the event that any such information changes. The notice to the Municipality shall be on a form prescribed by the Municipality.
