1042.32 PENALTY FOR DELINQUENT SEWER MAINTENANCE CHARGE PAYMENTS.

A penalty of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be assessed and paid for all delinquent sewer maintenance charges that are certified to the County Fiscal Officer for placement on the next tax duplicate for collection.
