452.99 PENALTY.

Unless a different penalty is specifically designated elsewhere in this Traffic Code, whoever violates any parking ordinance or restriction within the Municipality shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) for each offense, which fine may be paid by waiver with court costs, unless otherwise specified.
