282.02 AUTHORITY; POWERS.

The Recreation Board is hereby authorized to supervise and maintain playgrounds, play fields, gymnasiums, swimming pools and all other indoor or outdoor recreation facilities within the Municipality. In addition, the Board shall possess all powers and be subject to all the responsibilities set forth in Ohio R.C. 755.12 through 755.181.
