258.19 DEPARTMENT HEAD CELL PHONE ALLOWANCE.

The following department heads shall receive a cell-phone allowance in the amount of seventy dollars ($70.00) per month: Director of Finance, Chief of Police, Fire Chief, and Village Engineer. In connection with receiving the within monthly cell phone allowance, the aforementioned employees shall make their cell phone numbers available to Village employees and elected officials so that they can be contacted on their cell phones when needed.
