The Law Director of the City of North College Hill shall henceforth be appointed by the Mayor and approved by a majority of the City Council. The Mayor and a majority of City Council must also jointly approve the removal of the Law Director. This amendment shall take effect upon the completion of the currently elected Law Director’s term of office or upon his resignation, whichever occurs first. (Amended 11-2-10)
