549.12 PERMIT FOR BLASTING.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound, within the limits of the City, without first obtaining a written permit from the Director of Public Safety. (Ord. 28-1955. Passed 9-12-55.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
