(a) Trespass. No person shall enter or remain upon any public park or recreation ground under the jurisdiction of the North College Hill Recreation Board from dusk until dawn unless the person is participating in or attending an event sponsored by the City, the North College Hill Recreation Board or the North College Hill City School District.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
