(a) Garbage and all other forms of trash containers may not be set out at the curb more than twenty-four hours before the scheduled day of pick-up by the City’s franchisee. Garbage containers shall be removed from the curb no later than twenty-four hours after the scheduled pick- up of garbage by the City’s franchisee.
(b) Garbage may be picked up on any street only according to the pick-up schedule for that street established by the City’s franchisee.
