539.06 OBSTRUCTIONS IN STREET RIGHT OF WAY.

No person shall place any obstruction in the street right of way, provided however that reasonable barriers designed for the prevention of driving over the curb may be erected at a height of not to exceed eight inches. (Ord. 13-1970. Passed 8-24-70.)
