(a) No person shall knowingly give any false information or make any false or fraudulent representation or statement, orally or in writing, in connection with the application for, or granting or issuance of, any license, permit or approval by any officer, employee, board, agency or commission of the City.

(b) No person shall knowingly give, or assist in giving, any false or fictitious information relative to the name, address or date of birth of any person to any duly authorized law enforcement officer. No person shall willfully refuse to identify himself to any duly authorized law enforcement officer. (Ord. 13-1970. Passed 8-24-70.)
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
