(a) No person shall place a motor or recreational vehicle on private residential property any place within the City, except on an asphaltic or concrete driveway surface or within an enclosed accessory building, such as a garage.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day’s continuance of such violation shall be a separate offense.
