521.04 POSSESSION OF GLASS CONTAINERS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall have in his possession any glass containers on any public recreation grounds which are under the control of the City or the North College Hill Board of Education. (Ord. 12-1976. Passed 5-10-76.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
