509.08 ASTROLOGY OR FORTUNE TELLING FOR GAIN PROHIBITED.
   (a)    No person shall engage in the practice for gain of astrology, fortune telling, clairvoyance or palmistry. (Ord. 13-1970. Passed 8-24-70.)
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
