(a) No person shall knowingly engage in or be employed at cockfighting, bearbaiting or pitting an animal against another.
(b) No person shall receive money for the admission of another to a place kept for such purpose.
(c) No person shall use, train or possess any animal for seizing, detaining or maltreating a domestic animal.
(d) Any person who knowingly purchases a ticket or admission to such place, or is present thereat, or witnesses such spectacle, is an aider and abetter and may be charged with complicity. (ORC 959.15)
(e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
