505.16 HARBORING OF BEES.

(a) It is hereby declared a misdemeanor for any person to keep or harbor bees in such manner so as to constitute a nuisance. (Ord. 13-1970. Passed 8-24-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
