505.13 REQUIRING ANNUAL DOG INOCULATION FOR RABIES.

(a) All owners or harborers of dogs within the City shall cause the same to be inoculated annually by a reputable veterinarian to prevent the communication of rabies, and shall have a tag placed upon the collar of such dog indicating such inoculation.

(Ord. 13-1970. Passed 8-24-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
