(a) No person shall fail to pay a fine imposed by the Mayor as Judge of North College Hill Mayor’s Court within the times and under the conditions imposed by the Court.
(b) No person shall fail to fulfill any condition of sentencing order by the Mayor as Judge of North College Hill Mayor’s Court including but not limited to orders to attend counseling or training sessions, to participate in work detail programs, to render community service or to make restitution to a victim of crime. Failure to perform a condition of sentencing within the time limits set by the Court shall constitute a violation of this section.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
