373.09 IMPOUNDING BICYCLES.

If the operator of any bicycle shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, such bicycle may be immediately taken and impounded by the Police Department and held by the Department for a period not exceeding ten days, to be determined by the Chief of Police.
