351.05 MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE STREET PARKING; EXCEPTIONS.
   (a)   No person shall park any vehicle upon any street longer than twenty-four consecutive hours starting Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. until Friday morning 12:00 a.m.
   (b)   This section shall not apply to vehicle that have license plates bearing the BMV handicap license plate or BMV approved handicap placard issued by the City for the purpose of identifying the vehicle as being one used to transport a handicapped person or persons.

   (c)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
