1181.03 SITE RESTRICTIONS.

   (a)   Mobile Food Vendor Operations:

      (1)   Shall not be located:

         A.   On the public right-of-way

         B.   In any driveway aisles, no parking zones, loading areas, or parking lanes, nor may mobile operations impede the on-site circulation of motor vehicles.

      (2)   Shall be located:

         A.   On improved property.
