(a) The City shall provide and pay the entire cost of Blue Cross, Major Medical and Dental Care insurance as currently issued by Hospital Care Corporation, covering all full-time employees of the City, effective January 1, 1975. Coverage for an employee shall commence on the date specified in the plan under which the City is operating at any given time.
(b) The cost of such insurance shall be charged by the Auditor to the respective Blue Cross/Blue Shield accounts of the departments involved.
