143.04 VACATIONS.
   Vacations shall be scheduled by the department head under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe in order that efficiency and economy of the City government will not be impaired. Vacations shall be noncumulative from year to year and are authorized as follows: regular employees in the City employ shall be entitled to two weeks vacation per year during the first eight years of employment; those in the City employ for eight to fifteen years three weeks per year; those in the City employ for fifteen to twenty years four weeks per year; and those in the City employ for over twenty years, five weeks per year.
