The Recreation Commission may issue season passes to City residents only, at the following rates:

Passes shall be issued on applications as provided by the Recreation Commission. These passes shall be nontransferable and shall be valid for one summer season. Such passes shall not be sold to or for persons not residing in the City. Any pass may be revoked for any misuse of such pass in permitting someone other than the person named thereon to use such pass to gain admission to the swimming pool or in the event the issuance of such pass was obtained on the basis of false information or signature on the application. Such revocation shall be in addition to any other penalties provided by law. In addition to the foregoing general conditions, family passes shall be valid only for members of the same family residing at the same address within the City. Individual passes may be issued to each member of the family which purchases a family pass.
