139.04 USE OF POOL RESTRICTED TO RESIDENTS AND GUESTS.

The swimming pool shall be operated for the exclusive use, benefit and enjoyment of the residents of the City, provided, however, that guests of residents may be admitted at such times and subject to such conditions as the Recreation Commission shall determine in the exercise of its discretion. (Ord. 9-1970. Passed 4-27-70.)
